This company is the worst I've dealt with. Obviously, the best way to defend is to attack. If you taken it upon yourself to deliver goods to people after charging $154 to ship, then you must be responsuble and make sure the shipment gets to the person intact. You knew customs open international packages all the time, why don't you put Insurance on them? I received my back half spoiled, leaking and empty bottles and you don't even happy the decency to say sorry. Very disappointed , and I will never refer Lami Frangrance to anybody. Huge mistake.

This cream is very effective and I've used it for months but this last batch I've ordered seems to be defective and does not seem to be working. This is my first time experiencing this and I thought buying directly from here I wouldn't have to worry about that.
