I've been buying from them for almost 3 years but this cream I got has a very BAD & STRONG chemical smell. Unlike the previous orders, I suspect it's a fake! Reached out to them only to get IGNORED. its unfortunate that they've lost a customer. I asked for a refund if to return the item, but no one replied. Beware
