Refund Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only for damaged/defective/wrong products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Policy for Domestic Orders
Our return policy lasts 7 Business days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We highly recommend checking your products at the time of delivery. In case your product is damaged or not the same as you ordered, you may return the product at the time of delivery to the delivery agent who has delivered the product to you or send us an email: [email protected] to notify us.
Return Policy for International Orders
We do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside Nigeria. This means that returns cost will be borne buy customers. DHL, our logistic partner, will automatically return your order to Lami Fragrance if you reject your order upon delivery.
We will issue a refund for the items in your order once it arrives back at our Nigeria warehouse. Please note that your shipping fee will not be refunded and a 12.5% handling fee will be charged against the cost of your order.
Note: We’re not able to reship an item that has been returned to us, so you’ll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
More Important Information on Return/Refund :
Only place an order for products that have not been banned by your country. It is your responsibility to know which products are banned /allowed in your country.
Secondly, orders destroyed or damaged during international custom checks are not refundable. Understand that Lami Fragrance is not liable for any return or damage arising outside our control.
Returning Orders
To return your product, details and return information will be provided upon acceptance.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In addition, shipping cost paid at the time you placed your order is non-refundable. Also all returns/refunds will attract a handling fee of 12.5%.
Order Exchange
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Order on Sale
All products that are on sale are not eligible for returns or exchange. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned; such as fragrances and pre-ordered goods shipped from overseas.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $100 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 21 days.
Note you are responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase included free shipping, then the shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
In situations where your order has arrived its country’s and province destination and you are asked to come pickup due to certain contingency that restrains delivery to your chosen location (i.e your address is a remote area). Note that a full refund cannot be made to you if you disregard this request and fail to pickup your items. All DHL trips are calculated as valid and shipping fee is nonrefundable in this instance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number at [email protected]
