To place an order:
- Enter the name of the item you’d like to buy in the search bar. You can also browse for products by clicking on any of the collections on the Menu.
- Click on a product to learn more about it or add to your cart
- Click add to cart and proceed to the checkout page
- Register or login into your existing account by entering your email and password
- Enter your shipping/billing information ensuring your address is complete and accurate
- Choose your preferred Payment Method
- Click on Place Order to complete your order.

Yes, however we urge you to send us an email requesting to cancel your order within an hour of placing your order.
Please note that a cancel request more than an hour since your order was placed cannot be guranteed if your order has already been shipped / processed for shipping.
Unfortunately we do not offer “Pay on Delivery” . If you reside in Lagos, you may request to pickup by contacting us on 08134989894.
Once your order is shipped you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be provided to enable you to easily track your order. You may also track your order in your “my account” page when you sign in.
Shipping fee varies by geolocation. To find out what delivery fee you may incur, simply add your products to cart and head to checkout. You will be able to view your shipping cost without having to place your order.
Yes! we have partnered with logisitic companies such as DHL, UPS, Aramex to deliver to countries all over the world.
Unfortunately, Italy and Spain is excluded. from our list of shipping countries.
You may be required to pay customs duty and taxes chared by authorities of your country when your order arrives at its destination country.
Lami Fragrance has no control over these duties and taxes as they are detremined by customs authorities of your country.
Please recah out to your customs office for more information on how customs duties are charged.
Some products are restricted to certain countries and cannt be shipped. If you have products such as Aerosols/Perfumes or products containing banned ingredients this may prevent the payment option from displaying.
You can resolve this by removing the affected item(s) from your cart.
