This body cream is basically an exfoliating and deep-moisturising cream. The exfoliating ingredient here is lactic acid, a gentle exfoliator and humectant that gently sheds off dead, flaky skin cells to reveal smoother, healthier skin. Because it is also a humectant, it retains moisture, thereby providing quick relief from tightness.
